From the village of Felanitx, just 3 kilometres away, we find 'Casa Fina' a large house with spacious terraces surrounding the huge 14 metre long swimming pool next to a cover barbecue area with its own porch and terrace.
'Casa Fina' is ideal for families or groups of friends who want to enjoy their holidays together and have a enjoyable holidays.
The house is mostly distributed all over the ground floor, easily accessible from any point of the property with several adjacent porches and terrace, there is only one room with double bed on the first floor which is the top of the tower.
Distributed in living room with fireplace, next to the large modern kitchen and dining office all in one, it also has a separate dining room.
The hall leads to the 3 bedrooms on the ground floor, one with a double bed and the other two with single beds.
Access through the spiral staircase has all the upper part of a bedroom equipped with double bed and a private bathroom with shower, which in turn has a viewpoint at the top where we can see all the surroundings including the Hermitage of Sant Salvador.
Also on the ground floor and accessing directly from the pool terrace has two really spacious rooms equipped with separate beds and each with its own private bathroom, very suitable for wheelchair, where you can easily access almost all facilities of the property.
Around the large pool of 14 meters long by 7 meters wide, you enjoy a comfortable terrace and surround it as a 'chill-out' some spacious seats.
On one side of the pool is the barbecue area with its own porch and space to enjoy a pleasant evenings 'al fresco'.
Equipped with ceiling fans in all rooms and in the dining room, internet, safe, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, hair dryer, etc....

Felanitx is an obligatory visit a historic town which was a bastion of the Muslim reconquest and leaving as a witness the Castle of Santueri obligatory visit as well as the Monastery of Sant Salvador where you can see panoramic views of the entire island of Mallorca, not forgetting Porto Colom a place that partly reminds us of the 60s and 70s when tourism began in Mallorca.
