Located just 2.5 km from Búger, surrounded by nature with spectacular views of the countryside and mountains, Figuera Blanca is a charming country house in traditional Mallorcan style. Ideal for those seeking tranquility and relaxation, it offers an authentic experience in a privileged rural setting.

The house, distributed on a single floor, combines rustic charm with modern comforts. It features a spacious living-dining room with a fireplace, satellite TV, and a music system. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped. There are two double bedrooms and a full bathroom with a shower.

Outside, the house offers a covered porch, a barbecue area, and an outdoor dining space. The entire property is fully fenced for added privacy and security. The saltwater pool, measuring 4x9 meters, is set in a landscaped area and is separately fenced with access through a gated entrance from the terrace, making it perfect for families with children. Additionally, the house includes a swing, slide, and other toys for the little ones.

During winter, the house is equipped with a wood-burning fireplace and butane gas heaters. It is also an eco-friendly home powered by solar energy.

Location and surroundings

Búger is the smallest municipality in Mallorca, a charming village surrounded by hills, with picturesque streets and a welcoming atmosphere. Just a ten-minute drive away, you will find Campanet and other villages with weekly markets offering fresh local products.

For golf enthusiasts, Pollensa Golf and Golf Aucanada are nearby.

The beaches of Pollença Bay and Alcúdia Bay are just a 10-15 minute drive away, featuring long stretches of white sandy beaches and crystal-clear waters. Cala Sant Vicenç and Port de Pollença are also within easy reach, perfect for enjoying the sea and nature.

Das Ferienhaus ist von der Einzellage und dennoch von der Verkehrsanbindung sehr gut. Es hat eine zweckmäßige, gemütliche Einrichtung und besticht durch eine geschmackvoll gestaltete große Terrasse mit Holywoodschaukel und einem Grillbereich.
