' Son Pusa I, a contemporary and exclusive country house with a high-quality and private swimming pool, is located on the outskirts of Búger.

The property is distributed over two floors. Upon entering through the main door, you will find an elegant foyer leading to a spacious and comfortable lounge equipped with a modern fireplace. Additionally, there is a dining area that accommodates 12 guests, both with access to the terrace, porch, and gardens. The kitchen, with contemporary design and fully equipped with a central island, features a dining area, a wine cellar, a laundry room, and a storage room, as well as a guest toilet.

The master bedroom on the ground floor features a double bed, an additional sitting area with a double sofa bed, a dressing room, and an en-suite bathroom with a separate bathtub and shower.

On the first floor, accessed through the hallway, there are four double bedrooms with single beds and three full bathrooms, two of which are en suite.

The house is equipped with air conditioning/heating (electric), wifi internet, and SAT TV.

Outside, from the kitchen, there is access to a porch with a covered barbecue area in traditional Mallorcan style.

The spacious pool is surrounded by lawns, with well-maintained outdoor areas and gardens. At the entrance to the house, there is a small pond with frogs and an orange grove.

Nearby are two of our other properties, 'Son Fornes', for 6 people, and 'Casa Antonio', for 9 people. If you are organizing a seminar or a large group of family or friends who want to stay close together, it is ideal to rent all three houses simultaneously (subject to availability), accommodating a total capacity of 26-27 people.

For golf enthusiasts, the two nearby courses in the northern area, Club Golf Aucanadain Alcudia and Pollença Golf Clubbetween the town of Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa, are available.

The beautiful beaches of the Bay of Alcúdia and the Bay of Pollensa are just a 15-minute drive away, while the charming towns of Búger and Sa Pobla are just a few minutes' drive away.
